Dr. Cecil E. Thayer

Dr. Cecil Thayer is a native of Ohio, having grown up in North Canton.  He was saved at Massillon Baptist Temple under the preaching of Dr. Bruce D. Cummons.

After graduating from Massillon Baptist College, he and his family served the Lord as missionaries in South Africa from 1996-2006.  In 2006, Dr. Thayer became the pastor of Massillon Baptist Temple.

Dr. Thayer and his wife, Kelly, have four sons:  Cecil III, Aaron, Joshua, and Isaac.

Dr. Stanley Anderson

Dr. Stan Anderson has previously served on staff at Massillon Baptist College for 12 years, seven of them as Dean of Students.  Along with his experience at Massillon Baptist Temple and Massillon Baptist College, he has pastored three churches, has been an associate pastor, and has administrated two Christian schools,  He and his family served as missionaries in Brazil, South America.

Rev. Cron has been an assistant pastor and served as Dean of Students at Faith Baptist School of Theology in Pennsylvania.  He is currently an assistant pastor at Massillon Baptist Temple, and is also Assistant to the principal of Massillon Christian School.

Mrs. Davis is a teacher at Massillon Christian School.

Rev. Davisson brings a number of years experience to the college, having served as music director, associate pastor, and youth minister.  He is currently the pastor of Canal Fulton Baptist Church in Canal Fulton, Ohio.

Dr. W. Jay Dolvin

Moody Bible Institute, General Bible Degree; Massillon Baptist College, D.D.

Dr. Dolvin has taught at Massillon Baptist College since it was founded in 1973.  He served 29 years as associate pastor to Dr. Bruce Cummons.  Prior to being on staff at Massillon Baptist Temple, Dr. Dolvin had pastored in Minnesota.

He holds the distinguished honor of being Associate Pastor Emeritus of Massillon Baptist Temple, where he currently serves on the deacon board.

Mrs. Hayes has training in music, pedagogy, office and data processing.  She has taught music at Massillon Christian School, and also has experience in secretarial, accounting, and payroll.  Along with her college classes, she serves in the financial office at Massillon Baptist Temple.

Dr. Koerber has an extensive teaching background in music, piano, and organ.  She has also served as choir director, church pianist, and organist.  Dr. Koerber has her own private studio where she teaches piano, organ, and other musical instruments.

Rev. Patterson has previous experience as pastor, youth minister, and substitute teacher at Massillon Christian School.  He currently is the pastor of Brewster Baptist Church.

Dr. Sunde has been serving at Massillon Baptist Temple as youth director since 2003.

Rev. Young has served as minister of music, youth pastor, and Christian school teacher.  He currently serves as minister of music at Massillon Baptist Temple.
